Turn is when the steak flashes to be flipped, counted from when the chef taps to start. Second side is how long after the flip it flashes ready. Rest is set automatically to the total cook time. Changes save for every screen.
Tap a steak's temperature to start its timer. Tap an item to mark it complete (tap again to undo); for steaks, tap the cut's name. Tap a red alert once you've dealt with it.
